Welcome to the PreSTARSkate Program! Designed for aspiring skaters providing them with the opportunity to further develop their skating skills and progress towards the STARSkate program. With a focus on refinement and mastery of fundamental skating elements, Pre-STARSkate sets the stage for future achievements in figure skating competitions and performances. Skaters can enter this program once they have completed stage 3 and some of stage 4 canskate levels.
